Lisa notes....I used the washi tape in several different ways… flags at the top, covered one of the flags from Basic Grey above the photo, layered it behind the tab above the title and also added strips to separate my pattern papers.

Tip: I taped the chevron washi onto paper and die cut the butterfly from it. I created the border by punching some washi that had been taped onto cardstock.
