Miss Nelly Her Style Paper by Kaisercraft
Miss Nelly Her Dreams Paper by Kaisercraft
Miss Nelly Her Habits Paper by Kaisercraft
Miss Nelly 12x12 Cardstock Sticker Sheet by Kaisercraft
Miss Nelly Jewels by Kaisercraft
Head Over Heels Dreamy Paper by Lily Bee Design
Head Over Heels Mixed Cardstock Stickers by Lily Bee Design
Miss Nelly Her Laugh Paper by Kaisercraft
Lost & Found Two Blush Better Layered Chipboard by My Mind's Eye
Garden Cafe Cucumber Custard Glitter Foam Letter Thickers by American Crafts

Instructions:

1. Adhere large flower sticker to top of paper.
2. Punch a border of green paper. Save the little dots that are punched out. Adhere along top of flower sticker.
3.Add punched border of turquoise paper on top of green border. Top off with label sticker on left side.
4. Add chipboard 'notes' piece.
5. Cut banner pieces from journaling card paper. Adhere to middle/bottom of page.
6. Add photo with foam adhesive.
7. Adhere letter stickers.
8. Trim two strips of patterned paper and add below title. Use these as journaling lines.
9. Adhere banner under flowers. Use foam adhesive and add twine and gems to top. 10. Rub glue stick onto various spots of the page. Sprinkle leftover confetti that was punched from the patterned paper.

Instructions:

For my birthday crown I used the template found at:
http://www.skiptomylou.org/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/birthdaycrown.pdf.
Cut out template and trace it onto desired paper. Cut out and lightly ink the edges to distress.
Cut a 2" strip of coordinating paper and adhere it to the bottom of the crown. Ink the edges once again to distress.
Adhere cream trim across the base of the crown and wide pink trim across the center of the crown.
Gather and adhere tissue trim scraps around the backside of the flower to add another layer.
Trim small green leaves from the Mountain Lilly collection and adhere them to the larger flower.
Adhere completed flower to the front of the crown leaving the point of the crown exposed.
Adhere a strip of green ribbon across the center of the crown and attach two green bows towards the ends of the crown.
Attach glittered gold chipboard letters across the center of the crown.
Paint a large chipboard button with cream acrylic paint, sand the edges to distress, and coat with glitter. Adhere to the top point on the crown and top with a cream button.
Adhere two smaller cream buttons to the lower points on the crown with a cream adhesive pearl at the tip.
Adhere two cream adhesive pearls on the lowest points of the crown.
Attach a strip of plain cardstock across the back of the crown to make it larger or smaller depending on the size of the birthday girl's head.

Instructions:

1. Cut panel from 'Surprise' paper. Punch the right hand edge and adhere to card base.
2. Cut straight blue gem line from Dazzle Me gems and adhere to a strip of yellow fabric ribbon. Adhere to left side of card.
3. To create the flower, use a 2" Gluber. Begin by adhering the yellow trim. Add it to the edge of the Gluber, with a bit of it hanging over the edge. Pleat it as you go along until the full outer circle is covered. Repeat with the blue trim and finish with the white.

4. Cut sentiment from 'Celebrate' paper. Adhere to center of flower and add to card.
5. Top the birthday hat with a sparkler and gem.
