"To make the glitter circles, I laid the All Around Template down and used a glue pen to place dots inside each circle. (This technique works best if you are sparing with the glue... don't fill the entire hole with glue or it will seep underneath instead of holding a dotted shape.) Sprinkle the glitter over and tap off the excess. "
