Layering Tips:
1. The top layer of the Mayberry
Raspberry Bits Tags weren't the right color but I loved the bottom layer
because it was made from burlap and the texture tied in perfectly with
the feel of what I wanted for my cards.
*On one of the tags, I took off the top tag layer and used it as a
pattern and traced a second tag onto paper that I wanted to use in its
place.
*The other tag was the right color, but was a bit
plain in the center, so I cut a rectangular scrap from coordinating
pattern paper and adhered it to the center of the tag to bring in added
color and patterns.
2. I wanted to dress up the Sugar Hill Autumn Chipboard so I
decided to layer on embellishments such as twine around the top of the
jar along with a flower. I also snipped a small "Cherries" label out of
patterned paper and adhered it across the front of the jar. The
chipboard apple was dressed up a bit by adding a flower at the top, and
the letter "A" to the front. Simple ways to use the products you have
for any occasion and to build interest and dimension.

Melissa, you always create such beautiful cards. I love all the layering and all the "girly" stuff. No matter who you design for, your cards are always AWESOME!
