Now and Then Milo Inspired Enamel Dots by My Mind's Eye
Cut & Paste Presh Noted Enamel Dot Stickers by My Mind's Eye
Mister Huey's Passport (Navy) Color Mist by Studio Calico

Instructions:

1. Cut white paper and adhere to striped paper. 

2 Cut patterned paper into strips. Adhere to left side, layering some over the others.

3. Attach photo to die cut and adhere to center of page.

4. Layer stickers and die cuts around photo.

5. Adhere die cut heart and stickers to the right of photo. Add letter stickers to create title.

6. Add stars and mist splots to corners.
