Instructions:
1. Apply rub-ons onto cardstock to create background.
2. Attach ribbon and tape to bottom of rub-ons.
3. Cut several strips of red cardstock and write journaling in white on each.
4. Cut heart out of red cardstock and attach to layout.
5. Attach title and photo.
6. Add tape, rub-on and cardstock to top of layout.-
