Instructions:

To Make the card:

Cut kraft cardstock that when folded measures 4 X 5 1/4, round the edges and set aside.
Cut pattern paper slightly smaller, and machine stitch around the edges.
Cut a small piece of pattern paper, wrap eyelet trim around the top edge then machine stitch the trim to the pattern paper.  I scalloped a scrap piece of yellow cardstock to fit underneath the pattern paper, then machine stitch the whole thing to your card front.  Using Simple Stories pattern paper, create a flower and secure in upper corner, then adhere wooden sentiment tags as shown.
Adhere the card front to the card you created earlier using 3D glue dots.

For the little gift bag / envelope:

I used a regular standard lunch bag with handles for this, just trim the bottom off to the desired size that you like, then add some eyelet trim around the bottom, tucking in the sides then machine stitch around the outside of the bag.
Basically all you do after that, is decorate with some pattern paper and a few embellishments.
Adhere a "bingo" card cut-out from pattern paper, using 3D glue dots.  Adhere a wooden tag and pattern paper flowers as shown, then add some cardstock stickers to the side.  Very quick and easy! :)
