Instructions:

1) Cut striped patterned to fit under 4 x 6 photo. Cut die-cut sheet to mat right side of photo and adhere to layout. Tuck "Fabulous" bingo card underneath and machine stitch edges of papers.

2) Adhere washi tape sticker and circle/arrow brad.

3) Tuck black hexagon (cut from patterned paper) underneath left edge and embellish with stickers and chipboard. Adhere scalloped sticker to bottom of photo/paper block.

4) Adhere small photos to top right corner. Adhere alphabet stickers, chipboard hearts and arrow.

5) Adhere chipboard and alphabet sticker title as shown. Layer "4" with black hexagon and red label sticker. Adhere scalloped border and smile chipboard sticker with brad.
