Instructions:

1. Lightly paint back side of stars using foam tape and acrylic paint. Set aside and let dry.

2. Make card from cardstock. Adhere patterned paper to card base and distress edges.

3. Adhere patterned papers to chipboard squares; distress edges.

4. Stamp sentiment on cardstock; trim and adhere behind bingo number.

5. Adhere numbers to chipboard. Adhere chipboard to card using foam tape.

6. Tie ribbon around pin.

7. Stick pins into foam tape behind chipboard.
