Let's Celebrate Trim Collection by Webster's Pages

Let's Celebrate Fabric Ribbon by Webster's Pages

Medallion Sparkler Vintage II Assortment Pack by Webster's Pages

Haunted Hallows Rhinestones by Teresa Collins

Glubers 2" Pack by Cosmo Cricket

Let's Celebrate Dazzle Me Gems by Webster's Pages

Instructions:

1. Cut panel from 'Surprise' paper. Punch the right hand edge and adhere to card base.
2. Cut straight blue gem line from Dazzle Me gems and adhere to a strip of yellow fabric ribbon. Adhere to left side of card.
3. To create the flower, use a 2" Gluber. Begin by adhering the yellow trim. Add it to the edge of the Gluber, with a bit of it hanging over the edge. Pleat it as you go along until the full outer circle is covered. Repeat with the blue trim and finish with the white. 4. Cut sentiment from 'Celebrate' paper. Adhere to center of flower and add to card.
5. Top the birthday hat with a sparkler and gem.

Like the colors used in the creating of the flower embellishment. The yellow looks like pretty tulle.
