Instructions:

1. Create card base from card stock.. Cut a panel of red paper to fit.
2. Cut panel of off white paper slightly smaller. Add a strip of book paper near bottom.
5. Embellish with striped paper borders and black scallop sticker.
6. Wrap twine around card and add bow. Adhere panel to card.
7. Apply frame stickers to paper and cut out. Adher to front of card with foam adhesive.
8. Add flower and sentiment sticker to frames.
9. Apply banner stickers to paper and cut out. Trim the longer ones to the size of the triangle ones.
10. Adhere to top of card using foam adhesive for the triangles.
11. Cut apart brooch bracelent and adhere gems to frames and to center of bow.
