Instructions:
1. Cut a piece of 9x11 letter paper and mat on black. Attach to cardstock.
2. Cut a strip of yellow pattern paper, punch edges and adhere to the left side of a piece of red pattern paper. Attach ric rac over seam of two papers. Attach to right side of layout.
3. Adhere pictures and add stickers to layout.
4. Cut star out of yellow pattern paper, mat on black and attach to layout. Embellish with button.
5. Punch scallop out of blue pattern paper and attach to left side of layout.
