Fun Birthday Trivia: Naomi Campbell had a three-day, $1.8 million birthday celebration in 2006, which was held in the famed 18-floor, seven-star Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai. Naomi's three-day bash included themes. On day one, guests partied to an "All White" theme. On day two they experienced "Hip Hop" and day three, the "Brazilian Samba" spiced up the dance floor.

Prize #6:
Sixth question: If you had 1.8 million to frivolously spend on your birthday, where or how would you celebrate?

I would bring everyone I could get to go to Disney World. All the kids I could round up and their parents, open just for us for a day. And CAKE for everyone, lol.

I would plan a year of contra dance camp hopping across the United States and the British Isles with my husband. Then I would give the rest of the money to schools and organizations to promote literacy. Sorry, that amount of money is so insanely huge that I would have to share. As a teacher, some would have to go to kids :)

I would rent an island complete with cabins for each guest, personal chefs, yachts to for day excursions on the ocean, and lots of umbrella drinks, food and dancing!!!

Wow, I'm not sure that I could frivolously spend 1.8 million dollars, but I'd surely give it a go. I'd most likely fly all of my family (sibs, parents, in-laws, etc) someplace tropical where we could rent a villa for 10 days (completely staffed) and forget about the world for a bit. Of course, there would have to be enough left over to add-on a scrapping wing (completely stocked) to the side of my house!! Thx for another chance to win a great prize!

Oh my gosh, if I had $1.8 millions dollars I wouldn't spend it on a party but I would purchase a darling little beach cottage to have a party or two in!!! Put on those flip-flops and come on over!

I would rent a castle in France and bring my family there for a nice bash - and then, afterwards, I'd fly them home while I'd hop into the car with DH and go on a road trip through France, Italy, Spain... and see ALL these places I've longed to see since I was a kid.
I'd also throw a SCRAPPY partay for my scrappy friends all over the globe. We'd be in Italy, Greece or Spain or something, with a private chef, a SPA and a boat at our disposal...
Well.... A girl can dream!

Well, I have to admit that I could not enjoy it if I did not give some of it to favorite charities, first. After doing that, I would probably look for some acreage in the country and have a house built on it and then start adding all the cats and kittys (some dogs too!) that need a home where they could roam outdoors.

I can't even imagine spending 1.8 million on my birthday. But, if I had to I think it would be pretty awesome to invite all my family and friends and head to Europe to eat and party until the funds ran out. We would visit London, Paris, tons of spots in Italy, and finish it up in Greece.

I can't imagine spending that kind of money on a birthday party, think of how many people you could feed... how wasteful! I'd make sure all of the local food pantries have a birthday party in a box for all of the children in need and with the rest I'd travel a bunch with all of my favorite peeps!

Hmmm. Not being frivolous, it's a little hard to even think in those terms. I think I'd like to take all my favorite people to Oregon where I grew up and share all my favorite places with them. (And maybe there'd be money leftover for a few new crafting toys?)
